THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic, we are sad to cancel this event. We hope to reschedule in the fall. Until then stay healthy.

WELCOME!

Welcome to the 2nd run of CAMMO’s Catfish Crawl! Thank you for supporting our missions!
This trail endurance run takes place on a 5K loop in Forsyth, GA. Don’t be fooled by middle Georgia terrain here, the course has 425’ of gain per loop on a 155 acre property that takes you through hardwoods along the Taliaga River, by a 6 acre lake and across two foot bridges. The trail is not highly technical, but expect some rocks and roots along the way. By popular demand we’re offering a few more distance options this time! For those completely new to trail we have added a 5k, we’ll be offering the 6 & 12 hour endurance runs again as well as a 24 hour...and because we love the idea of handing out a buckle with a catfish on it we’re also offering a 100 mile distance (with a total of 14,000’ of gain) with a 30 hour cutoff.
The location is a convenient 6 miles off I-75.

OUR MISSIONS

CAMMO stands for Creating Almighty Memories And Mission Opportunities. At CAMMO we strive create opportunities for people to disconnect from a hectic life and reconnect to each other in God’s great outdoors through various activities. We also use our property to support others with similar missions. This lead us to supporting Arabelle Romeo and Hope on the Run. After suffering multiple miscarriages, Arabelle went on a search for hope and happiness beyond having another baby. She found that hope out on the run. She’s now preparing for a transcontinental run on the American Discovery Trail to reach out to women across the country who have suffered loss and share her own story and offer hope to others. Proceeds received by Arabelle from this event will be used to fund her journey across the country.
