Virtual for 2020
The race is virtual for this year and the price has been decreased. Run with or without your pup!
2020 information
For 2020 the race will be virtual! We are offering a reduced rate of $20 for the race plus a minimum fundraising donation of $15. When you register for the race you will receive a link to your fundraising page which can be shared and Rockhopper Races will donate $5 to kick off your fundraiser! Just email us a link to your page and we will make the donation!
There will be prizes for the top male/female in the canicross division and also for the top male/female in the human division. There is also a prize for the person who raises the most money on their fundraising link! We will have 2 Pack n Paws harnesses to give away plus some other great stuff!
About the event!
We will have a 5k course that will take you on a figure 8 shaped run through Whittaker Woods. We have a Canicross and human 5k. This race will be for all abilities! The pups will have fresh water and swimming pools to cool off in as they come through the start/finish on their way onto the other loop.
Conway Humane Society will be on site providing adoption information and possibly shelter dogs that will be available to run with a human! There will be prizes for the overall male/female winner (pooch related prizes!)
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, transfers or deferrals for the race unless it is sold out and there is someone on a wait list to take your place in the race. If we are sold out and have someone to take your place we will offer a 75% refund.
Beneficiary
We will be donating a portion of the proceed to the Conway Humane Society!
Awards
For the Canicross there will be awards for the overall male/female winners. The prizes will be geared toward their pups.
For the human 5k there will be awards for 1st overall male/female, 1st master (40 plus) male/female
