Physiology First is excited to present...
A Race for the Future!
Join us at Snowfields Farm in Pownal, Maine or race virtually! This 24 hour running event is an opportunity to place optimism, hope, and a vision for a brighter future on the calendar. All proceeds will be donated to the nonprofit organization, Physiology First.
We have a gorgeous 5k trail course that explores the terrain on the farm, as well as the exciting mountain trails located behind the property.
We would love to have you join us on July 24th, 2021!

24 Hour Race
All runners competing on the Snowfields Farm course will have the opportunity to race against one another. Virtual participants can choose their own course and the runner to complete the most miles will be crowned the winner!
1000 Mile Team Challenge
Help to run 1,000 miles in 24 hours with runners from across the globe!
Join us at Snowfields Farm if you can, or participate virtually and choose your course.
Pick your own distance-and challenge yourself to go long for a good cause!
This isn’t a typical “race”-it’s a chance to support youth mental health at a critical time.
Last year we hit 1,000 miles thanks to runners from across the globe! We’re hoping to reach 1,000 miles again with your help!

Thank you so much for your support! Your contribution allows us to continue our initiatives, including:
-A first-of-its-kind 21st century community learning center that has been built to scale. Our first physical location in Freeport, ME offers: a student lounge, live workshops from our Physiology First University curriculum, an opportunity for local youth to learn how to scale this critical information to other students globally through our online learning platform.
-Coordinating a group of global experts in the fields of health, science, and medicine to build an accessible online mental health education curriculum that is free for all students.
-Supporting a team of volunteers who are setting up physical pop-up campuses in their communities.
-Partnerships with schools, and community organizations seeking a new approach to 21st century mental health education.
