As part of our #kkthekiller run training, we bring you the "dFIT Grocery Run" 10k. It will begin and end at the High Point Shopping Center.

Pre-Race:
Plan to arrive early in order to find street parking and allow for time to get bib and race swag at check-in. Check-in will be held in the parking lot behind the center. Please respect others space and observe the mask ordinances in place.

Race:
We will be sending off heats in small group waves based on projected finish times. This is designed to keep everyone safe from street traffic, as well as socially distant. Our course will be similar to the 5k distance in that you will be running around the High Point Terrace neighborhood streets. While the streets will be clearly marked, there will be volunteers on course to help you navigate safely and accurately.
There will be 2 Nuun Hydration Stations #nuunlife on course. You will see a trash can 15+ feet from the station. Please use it!

Post Race:
Each racer will be given some post race carbs in the form of beer and food. We invite you to stick around and use High Point Pizza, Cheffie's, and the back parking lot to enjoy the company of your fellow racers, volunteers, and friends. Maybe even watch some football?!?...

Awards:
We will be giving out awards to the Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male finishers. The award ceremony will take place at 12:30pm.
