Injured Police Officers 5k Fundraiser Run

Join SpeedVegas and Red Rock Running Company on Saturday, September 12 to help raise funds for the Injured Police Officers Fund (IPOF). All proceeds will go to the IPOF. We will race on the fast and flat SpeedVegas course located at 14200 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89054. The race will run two laps around the course and should be a great location for a PR! We will have raffles with great prizes as well!

Rolling Start & Covid Safety

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will be implementing a rolling start at this event. Runners will start in groups of 50 every 15 minutes. Runners are required to keep facemasks on until they get to the start line. The command will be "Runners to your mark, masks down, go!" Social Distancing will also be practiced at the start line. We know you want to run fast, but keep in mind that we need to stay healthy out there!

Runners will be asked to leave the race within 15 minutes of completing the race. This will make room for the runners coming behind them and keep everybody safe. The course is spread out over a large area and the track is very wide. Please maintain a safe distance when passing.

Buffs

You will receive a buff at packet pickup that you can wear at the race! Wear the buff to the start line and then lower it to your neck as you run (or keep it on if you choose).

Prizes

There will not be t-shirts or medals at this race, but SpeedVegas will be offering packages to overall winners at the event! Separate prizes will go to age group winners!
