Virtual Races where EVERYONE Runs the Same Course

Rogers Stubby Dog wears a Crown in the Forest is a 5-race series, where participants have two months to run each course and submit their results. All the routes are between 6-8 miles and at trailheads that are within an hour drive of Portland.
Rogers Camp - Tillamook Forest
Stub Stewart State Park - near Vernonia
Dog Mountain - Columbia River Gorge, on the Washington side (pictured above)
Crown Zellerbach Trail - near Scappose
Forest Park - right in Portland

Run One, Two, Three, Four, or all Five

You can pick the ones you want to run and register for them individually, or sign up for the Series and run all five (and save some money that way). Each race individually is $25. The Series is $75. To participate in the Series, you have to complete at least three of the races, so it's best to sign up for the Series.

Points are earned in each race, based on your finishing time compare to the winners. Your best three scores are used to calculate your Series score. There are finisher awards (pint glasses) for all who participate in the Series, and prizes for the first place male and female at each individual race, and prizes for the Series women's and men's podium.

Please note that there are no transfers to other runners and no refunds or cancellation credits.
