Revolution Running presents the 6th annual #onemileatatime.This race format is inspired by our friend Jerome Scales who lost his battle to cancer and who often used the hashtag #onemileatatime. New this year the event will be held at Oxbow Meadows in Columbus GA. Also new in 2026, we've changed it to a 12 hour format instead of 24 hour. The most anyone will run is 50 miles if you make it to the last lap. Feel free to set up your own tent for your aid. The only supplies at the main aid station we'll provide is water and electrolytes so bring your own food, supplies, and crew. We believe this take on the 12 hour run will be very unique, fun, and challenging. Come run anywhere from 1 mile to 50 miles and hang out and have a great time with friends. Again make sure to read the rules below.
Race Rules
You will have exactly 15 minutes to run a 1 mile beautiful paved loop. Once you have completed the loop you can not start the next loop until the end of the 15 minutes. You must be present in the start line corral when the bell goes off or you are out. Should be really easy until it's not anymore as you only have just a few minutes to do what you need to do before the start of the next 15 min segment. This will go on for the first 10 hours (40 miles) and after that we start taking off a minute every other lap until the final lap. If it's 3 runners or 40 on the final lap (mile 50) the fastest lap at the end of the race wins. How fast can you run after running for 49 miles?
Prize Money
2026 we will offer prize money to the top male & female finishers-
75 runners= $250 a piece for top male & female
100 runners= $500 a piece for top male & female
125 runners= $1000 a piece for top male & female

Refund Policy
All runners can receive 100% refund until 3 months before the race date. After that there will be no refund.
