THE social event for trail runners in the Southeast is back for Year 5.
Join us this New Year’s Eve for the Run Undead Ultra Trail Party at Oak Mountain State Park. Whether you're chasing your first ultra or going all-in for 100 miles, this is where miles meet atmosphere.
Run a flat, fast, and fun 5-mile loop, stack your distance, and earn one of the most unique finisher medals—and 100-mile buckles—in ultrarunning.
Come bring in the New Year on the trail.
FAQ
Here are some FAQ about our party!
-100 mile, 100K, 50 mile starts at 8AM
-50K and 25K starts at 5PM (optional 8AM start as well)
-Runners can set up canopy at start/finish
-5 mile single track loop with ~350 ft of gain and loss per (smooth surface with some rocks and roots)
-36hr cutoff for all distances (8AM start)
-Runners can switch directions after the first lap
-1 AS at S/F with all kinds of ultra foods and hydration
-There are several hotels and restaurants within a few miles of the park.
All Night Rave in Guise of a Trail Race!
This race is destined to become one of your favorites! With a ton of refreshments at the start/finish, a ball drop at midnight, round the clock music and other shenanigans (think dance offs and karaoke), this race will certainly be a celebration to remember!
