DIRECTIONS:
Route 8 to Exit 39. West off ramp into downtown Thomaston. Left at light onto Main Street. Right onto Clay Street. Parking at Town Hall, Center School Parking Lot, and Downtown along the race route.
ABOUT THE 5K RACE:
The 2023 Run 4 Freedom 5K Road Race will start and end on Clay Street behind the Thomaston Opera House. The course will pass through residential neighborhoods and the Thomaston business district. Runners will have the option to compete carrying an American flag (Minimum 3’ x 5’ flag to qualify).
Awards:
$1,000.00 – 1st Place Men’s finisher carrying American Flag
$1,000.00 – 1st Place Women’s finisher carrying American Flag
Blue Line Flag – 1st Place Police Officer
Red Line Flag – 1st Place Fire Fighter
Entry Fees (Non-Refundable):
5K Race: $40.00
Race Day Information:
Bib pickup and registration will begin at 8:00am. You may enter between 8:00am and 9:00am on Race Day.
