Course Description
The MST 100 is a trail ultramarathon that starts and finishes at beautiful Rolling View Recreation Area. Along the scenic course, runners will experience beautiful views of Falls Lake, crossing several bridges and often running right beside the lake. This course is 90% single track trail with an total elevation gain of 8,000'. The entire race is on the Mountains to Sea trail on the south side of Falls Lake just north of Raleigh, NC.
50 Mile Course: This will follow the 100 mile course on the initial 50K out and back, continue back through Rolling View, and complete another 10 mile out and back towards the dam.
50K Course: This will begin just like the 100 and 50 mile course. It consist of the westward out and back that starts and ends at Rolling View Recreation Area.
