Tour de Dodge

Governor Dodge State Park

Dodgeville, WI 50K, 10K

This Event Took Place Sat. Apr 22, 2023

Event Information

The Driftless Trail Collective will hold the second annual Tour de Dodge on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Governor Dodge State Park, with proceeds split between the Friends of Governor Dodge and the Driftless Area Land Conservancy [DALC].

We will have a 50K event beginning at 7 am, a NEW 27K event beginning at 9 am, and the 10K beginning at 10:30 am. Packet pick-up and a few announcements will start at 6 am. There will be 5 fully stocked aid stations (2 of which you will visit twice) on the 50K course, 4 aid stations on the 27K course, and one on the 10K course, with portable bathrooms at regular intervals. The 50K has approximately 4,000 ft of elevation gain and a 9-hour cut-off. The 27K has ~2,500 ft of elevation gain and a 7-hour cut-off. The 10K has 900 ft of elevation gain and no cut-off.

Expect traditional race fare at aid stations (water, soda, pb&j, fruit, salty snacks, candy, etc.). The race takes place during turkey hunting season, and we highly advise wearing blaze orange or high-visibility gear. The event will be held rain, snow, or shine. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to trail conditions, natural disasters, weather, pandemic, or at the request of the WI DNR or local officials.

You can expect a joyful, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for this trail race, highlighting a beautiful state park in the Driftless Area of southwestern Wisconsin.

Registration & Finisher Items

All registrants have the option of receiving a Klean Kanteen custom-colored and insulated mug with the Driftless Trail Collective logo. You must opt-in to receive this item by selecting the appropriate registration option. We cannot promise your mug unless you register on or before the cutoff date of Monday, April 1st. We may also have extra mugs for volunteers. We will provide a finisher's prize for every participant who finishes: the fan-favorite, race-director-made horseshoe medal! The top three finishers of each gender category (men, women, and non-binary) will get a customized version of this prize to reflect their place in the race.
