10th Annual Twisted Pine Run
Join us Saturday, September 26, 2026, for the 10th Annual Twisted Pine Run at South Beach State Park in Newport, Oregon!
Twisted Pine is not your typical road race. This uniquely Oregon Coast event combines forest trails, changing terrain, coastal scenery, and a welcoming running community for an experience that is challenging, memorable, and fun.
Race Options
Course
All three distances explore the forested trails of South Beach State Park, winding among shore pines and through the natural coastal landscape.
Half Marathon: The full Twisted Pine experience combines road, trail, and approximately one mile of beach running along the Pacific Ocean.
10K & 5K: Both distances remain within South Beach State Park and feature scenic trail running through the coastal forest.
This is the Oregon Coast, so conditions are part of the adventure. Trails may be dry and fast or damp and muddy, and coastal weather can change quickly. Come ready to enjoy whatever race day brings!

- Packet Pickup: Race morning beginning at 7:00 AM

- 8:30 AM – Half Marathon
- 8:45 AM – 10K
- 9:00 AM – 5K
