The Bulldog Information

Hello and welcome to The Bulldog 12 Hour and 6 Hour track run. We are going to bring to South Florida a world class track timed run. This race is a personal challenge for runners at ALL levels.

Everyone is welcome here!!! Garcia High School is a brand new facility and track and will be a excellent venue to hold the race.

The race will be sanctioned by USATF and the course is certified, so any performances are records-eligible. The race will be timed by the one and only Sir Mike Melton.

Where : Dr. Joaquin Garcia High School. West Lake Worth Florida.

12 hour and 6 hour races both start November 30th at 7:00AM.

There will be ample area to set up your tent and supplies in lanes 7-8.

There will be a full aid station at the start/finish area with all the usual ultra fare.

Athletes should come prepared to take care of any special dietary needs and bring any additional food items they require.

We will change directions every 4 hours.



Awards : There will be a 100K, 50 miles, and 50k award for runners in the 12 or 6 hour achieving
those mileage goals.

You can race to 50K and stop if you wish and or race to 100k
and stop if you wish or continue on to bigger goals.

For those flying in from out of town Palm Beach International Airport is 30 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale is one hour away.
