Welcome to the 18th annual Sproul 10K, also known as the "Toughest 10K in PA". The Sproul 10K is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series--Slate Division. Registration opens July 21st at 8pm.

Registration opens July 21st at 8pm. There are NO REFUNDS, NO DEFERRALS, NO BIB SWITCHES, or BANDITS for this event. All registered runners will receive a tech shirt and post race meal. There is no race day sign ups for this event.
