About FOB

"The FOB, (Finding Our Brothers and Sisters)" established in Del Rio, Texas in 2020. Originally coined by the military as a Forward Operating Base strategically placed in enemy territory to provide troops with supplies, equipment, and medical facilities to effectively carry out their mission. Our FOB is dedicated to combating veteran homelessness. MI22ION is a suicide awareness and prevention ruck march. Each day over 22 active duty and veterans commit suicide. The numbers continue to rise. Our mission is to break the cycle that entraps our brave men and women, helping them regain their sense of duty, selfless service, integrity, and belonging. As the proverb goes, "It takes a village to raise a child," and our program embodies this collective effort to uplift and empower those who have served our nation. You are not alone.
