Flint Creek Endurance “Last Person Standing” Event

Come experience the most unique and newest “Last Person Standing” event in Northwest Arkansas!

Event Overview

Participants must complete a 1-mile loop within 20 minutes. This epic event begins at 8:00 AM and continues until only one competitor remains or no participant can complete a loop within the time limit.

Prize Pot

• Each participant is given a $20 bill at check-in.
• When a participant is eliminated, their $20 goes into the event pot.
• The last person standing wins the entire prize pot.
• Prize amount subject to the number of participants entered.

General Rules

1. Time Limit: Each runner must complete the 1-mile loop within 20 minutes. Failure to do so results in elimination.
2. Start Time: The first loop begins promptly at 8:00 AM.
3. Subsequent Loops: Each new loop starts exactly 20 minutes after the previous one. Runners must be at the start line to continue.
4. No Late Starts: If a participant is not at the start line when the next loop begins, they are disqualified.
5. Continuous Format: The event continues until no participants remain who can complete a loop within the time limit.
6. No External Assistance: No pacing, external aid, or outside assistance is allowed. Participants must be self-sufficient.
7. Aid & Rest: Participants may rest, refuel, and hydrate between loops, but they must be ready to start when the next loop begins.

Elimination & Winner Determination

1. A participant is eliminated if they fail to complete a loop within 20 minutes or do not start the next loop on time.
2. Upon elimination, the participant must add their $20 to the event pot.
3. The last remaining runner who successfully completes a loop within the time limit is declared the winnerand receives the full event pot
4. If no runner completes a loop within the time limit, no winner is declared, and the pot may roll over to a future event.

Race Conduct

• Participants must follow the marked course at all times.
• Any shortcuts, unsportsmanlike behavior, or rule violations will result in disqualification.
• Race officials have the final say on any disputes.

• The event will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by race officials.
• In the case of extreme weather, the race director may pause, delay, or cancel the event.
