The Rough & Not Ready Trail Run with Special Guest Sally McRae is the 1st Trail Run Event to be held at the new Fourche Creek Retreat in Gatewood, Missouri. While still in the development stages on the retreat facility our miles and miles of trails are too good not to share right now! We are honored to have Nike Pro Trail Runner Sally McRae join us to motivate our participants while on the trail and afterwards for a Keynote address. Choose from either a 5k walk or run, a 10 KM Trail Run or a Trail Half Marathon. Our property is 900 acres of hills, valleys, pasture, lakes, ponds and is a working cattle farm as well.

About the Day

What an opportunity! This is the inaugural Trail Run with our Special Guest Nike Pro Trail Runner, Sally McRae! She will be on the trail to encourage & motivate us and we are lucky enough to hear her inspirational message after the run. You won’t want to miss it! Every participant will also receive our inaugural run t-shirt to commemorate our first Trail Run Event.

About the Course

This private farm is over 900 acres of beauty including trails with hills, rocks, lakes, ponds, wooded sections and open pasture ground. We have curated the routes to not only challenge you but to give you an exhilarating sense of accomplishment at the end!

This Event is a Women Only Trail Run. The Owner, Janet McNece, is passionate about creating a safe space for women to come together, meet other like-minded women and promote health & wellness through movement.
