Run The Pines Trail Series

Run the Pines Trail Series is a four-race running series in East Texas held on natural dirt and forest trails. Each event in the Tyler and Longview are offers 5K–30K runs/hike and a ruck division

Complete all 4 races in the series and all finished medals combine together and fit in our Run The Pines Series Plaque!

Each course is hiking trail-based, with natural terrain, elevation, and unpredictable conditions.

Save up to $80 and sign up for a Run The Pines pass:
Long Series - Run all the 20K-30K distances in the series.
Middle Series - Run all the 12K-20K distances in the series.
Short Series - Run all the 6K-10K distances in the series.

If you want to mix and match, feel free to choose a series that aligns distances closely with what you'll be doing, and if you contact us we can switch your distances for your races!

Course Overview

- Surface: Rooty & dirt single-track trails.
- Course: link to course map
- Elevation: Hilly 250 ft elevation gain per 3.8 Mile loop.
- Location: Creekside Trail Kathleen Trailhead (no address, Google PIN)
- Weather: Historic Average shows 45-65 degrees
- No Cup Race: We don't serve cups, please make sure to bring your own water-carrying system!

7AM to 8AM Packet Pickup
8:20AM - 18K starts
8:25AM - 12K starts
8:30AM - 6K starts
12:30PM - Cutoff (4+ Hours)

- 20lb minimum
- Ruck Sack or Vest are allowed
