Trail Run

Village Creek Trail Run – June 20th, 2026

Location: 8854 Park Rd 74, Lumberton, TX 77657

Nestled inside Village Creek State Park, this course winds through shaded pine forests, soft dirt trails, and quiet creek crossings. Runners will experience the natural beauty of East Texas—flat and fast in some spots, technical and rooted in others. It’s a true trail experience that keeps you on your toes and surrounded by nature the whole way.

Proceeds from this event will support NMA, a nonprofit organization working alongside 1egacy Group, law enforcement, advocacy groups, and families to recover missing and exploited children. Their dedicated teams are on the ground—tracking traffickers, leading outreach efforts, responding to crises, and doing everything possible to bring children home safely. Your race entry helps fuel real action and lasting impact.

Race Day Schedule: Park opens @ 8am

Race Briefing: 9:30 AM

5K Start: 10:00 AM

10K Start: 10:30 AM

Aid Station:
Located at the connection of Village Slough Outer Loop and Longleaf Loop
-Stocked with water, electrolytes, fruit, ect.

Packet Pickup:
Friday, June 19th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Lumberton City Park (1300 TX-421, Lumberton, TX 77657)
Race morning from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at the race site

Awards & Swag:
All finishers receive a finisher medal and race shirt

Top 3 male and female finishers in both 5K and 10K will earn additional prizes (to be announced)
