Enjoy a trip to the bottom of the Belle Meade Stairs and then back up! There are a couple twists and turns along the way to enjoy!

Start at the Gaucho Road Trailhead and follow the trail to the Candy Cane Connector Trail until it joins the Mossy Ridge Trail (aka The Red Loop) Turn right and follow the trails in a counter clockwise direction. At mile 8.2 there is a slight deviation from the Red Trail that takes you to a short jaunt on the Cross Country Grass Trail. Follow the markings and you’ll end up back on the Candy Cane Connector on your way to The Nature Center and an aid station at mile 9.2. Follow the Blue Trail. At mile 11 (The top of the Blue Loop Hill) turn left and follow the Saddle Overlook Trail for .5 miles to the primitive cedar bench. Turn around and head back down. You will turn left and be back on the Blue Loop Trail. Head all the way back to the bottom. Hop back on the Candy Cane connector and follow markings to the finish line!
