Osprey Ambler

Run as many laps as you want in 3 hours or 6 hours in Osprey Park in Sultan, WA. Or, run the specific number of laps to make it a marathon (16), and get your time. In the spirit of the season, costumes are welcome and encouraged.

The course is on smooth, dirt single track and starts at the shelter, then goes into the spooky woods, following trails around Osprey Park. The trails take you along the banks of the Sultan River, where you might catch views of salmon returning to spawn.

The loop with an out-and-back is approximately 1.64 mi, with minimal elevation change. The course is subject to modifications depending upon conditions preceding the start.

This event was originated by Wander Bigger Running, LLC and is being brought back by the Sky Valley Trail Runners Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All event proceeds will go to improving and maintaining trail networks in the Skykomish River Valley, and/or to Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue, Inc.
