Welcome to Fight The Couch @ Northgate Trails. This exciting course features a family-friendly 5 km walk/run and a more challenging 8km loop.

Located only ten minutes south of Dauphin, Manitoba, on the Northern slope of Riding Mountain National Park, the Northgate Trails is a 26km system of stacked loop, multi-use trails featuring sections for mountain bikers, hiking, trail running, and areas to gather and take in the scenery of Riding Mountain National Park’s beautiful “North Escarpment.

There will be no refunds or deferrals offered to this event for any reason and should any situation arise that prevents us from hosting in person on the event date we reserve the right to switch this event to a virtual format.
