A loop course going up to the hills above Berkeley, California, through Wildcat Canyon, and descending down to the U.C. Berkeley campus along the popular Strawberry Canyon fire road.The run is mostly on trails and fire roads. The 29-mile version finishes through fraternity and sorority row; the 50K version finishes through the wilderness of Telegraph Avenue.No fee, minimal trail markings, and no aid but there are plentiful drinking fountains along the course and a snack bar at Lake Anza.Limited to 20 runners. Maps mailed to interested runners.
