Welcome back to the world of glorious trails and churros galore!!! Year six is COMING RIGHT UP! The perfect distance at the perfect time of the year! The Centreville Crushers and Algonquin Ultras Inc. are bringing all the fun, all the miles and all the craziness back for round SIX at the 2024 edition of The Tuckahoe 25k!

Date: Saturday, November 23rd 2024

Time: 7:30am

Distance: 25k, 15.5 miles (keep in mind these are trails and distances may vary from your GPS watch)

This is a great middle distance race for those wanting to experience trail running for the first time as well as for those wanting a fast race experience. These trails are not extremely technical or rocky. This course is almost all trails. Some of the trails are single track and some are wider horse trails. It is not flat, but does contain some very runnable hills which should make for a relatively fast 25k, however there are some rooty sections and some areas might be muddy. Be ready to possibly fall and get dirty. Be prepared for any and all weather conditions. Runners could experience cold, rain, snow, mud and possible freezing conditions.

Cutoff: The final cutoff time for this event is 4 hours (11:30am) Runners will be expected to run a pace that would allow them to complete the course within 4hrs.

There will be three well-stocked aid stations with water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and experienced volunteers. We will also have real food at the aid stations (something sweet and something salty).

There is no rain date. We will run in the rain, snow, and sleet.
Only a "force majeure" which makes EMS, Aid stations and support staff unable to function will be cause for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds or credits will be applied to future events.

Awards for the top three men and top three women. Swag for all participants!
