Laurel Hill 20K

This here is a true Pennsylvania trail run with slippy rocks, roots, jaggers and short punchy uphills. The 20K course is 12 miles of single track, double track, gravel and access roads, and about a mile of paved road. A fast course with a little elevation gain, equal parts technical trail and fast runnable trail with a few creek crossings and an old growth forest thrown in. Come see our beautiful course that traverses just about every trail in the Laurel Hill Sate Park. The aid stations will come stocked with quality grab and go ingredients, organic fruits and vegetables, electrolytes and spring water collected on course and brought directly to you at the aid station. No bottled water.. mmmMM. Come out for some locally roasted coffee at the start from Silver Horse Coffee, a 100% Recycled Tee Shirt, and a cool cup and leave with some sore legs a medal and some soup from Out of the Fire Cafe, our local favorite.

Come see our beautiful course that traverses just about every trail in the Laurel Hill Sate Park and the Roaring Run Natural Area, a part of Forbes State Forest. The aid stations will come stocked with quality grab and go ingredients, organic fruits and vegetables, electrolytes and spring water collected on course and brought directly to you at the aid station.
