Welcome to the Midwest Ultra Track Classic!
A community-driven timed ultra event designed for runners of all experience levels. Whether you're taking your first step into timed racing or pushing for a personal distance record, this event is built to support you every lap of the way.

Race Options & Start Times
Saturday, May 30
24-Hour Individual — Starts at 12:00 PM
24-Hour Team Relay — Starts at 12:00 PM
12-Hour Individual — Starts at 12:00 PM (ends at 12:00 AM)
Sunday, May 31
6-Hour Individual — Starts at 6:00 AM (ends at 12:00 PM)
3-Hour Individual — Starts at 6:00 AM (ends at 9:00 AM)
All events finish precisely at their designated end times.
Runners must complete a full lap before time expires to receive credit.
Each lap = 0.25 miles.
Course Format
Standard 400m track
Direction changes every 4 hours for safety and balance
Smooth, predictable surface perfect for first-timers and experienced ultra runners
Chip-timed with live lap counting
Personal Setup & Crew Access
Personal tents, tables, coolers, and chairs are allowed in a clearly marked tent village area.
Crews are welcome in the tent village.
No pacers allowed for any event.
Spectators should remain in the stands/bleachers.
Aid Station
A fully stocked ultra-style aid station will be located trackside and available every lap, including:
Water
Electrolytes (LMNT)
Ice
Chips, pretzels, cookies
Fruit, candy
PB&J
Soda
Broth & ramen
Hot food served around 8 PM and 6 AM
Runners may bring their own nutrition and hydration supplies to keep at their personal setup area.
Awards
Top 3 Male & Top 3 Female in each timed event (3H, 6H, 12H, 24H)
Top 24-Hour Relay Team
All runners receive a finisher award specific to their event duration
Rules (Important)
No pacers allowed
Headphones allowed
No pets on the track
Absolutely no alcohol permitted at the venue (strict)
No strollers
Check in 30 minutes before your race start
You must check out with a race director when you finish or leave early
Runners must complete full laps for credit (no partial laps)
