Summary
Honoring Kevin Hutt, one of the founders of the Traprock Trail Race, for his contribution to the trail running community. Kevin left us, unexpectedly, in 2025 but his legacy lives on! The Kevin Hutt 10k is a rolling loop course with the majority being technical single track, on the Metacomet Trail, and the Orange and Yellow trails in Penwood State Park. This is a rocky, but runnable course! If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to complete this race but would still like to enter, please contact the race director. There will be a 3-hour cutoff. PLEASE NOTE: There will not be an aid station on the course! You must bring enough hydration to get you through roughly 6.2 miles. We'll have snacks at the finish!
Proceeds
Proceeds will go in part to NAMI - National Association of Mental Illness
Waitlist
Once the race is at capacity, the waitlist will automatically start. Runners selected from the waitlist will get an email that they have been selected, and will have TWO days to respond before we move to the next name and cancel that invitation. People are selected from the waitlist in the order in which they registered - first on / first off. Do you want to know where you are on the waitlist? Click on "Waitlist" above, and look for your name.
