THE FRIDAY-NIGHT PARTY
FRIDAY NIGHT. LAST ONE STANDING.
Run a mile. Hit the GRIT zone. Burpees. Broad jumps. Beat the 15-minute horn.
Then do it again.
Except every round gets harder.
Welcome to TOUGHEST ALIVE GRIT NIGHT.
Part race. Part fitness challenge. Part Friday-night party. And part opportunity to discover exactly how many burpees you can do before you begin negotiating with the universe.
Here's the important part:
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN ELITE ATHLETE.
Fast runner? Come on.
Slow runner? This is your jam.
CrossFitter? Perfect.
Rucker? Yep.
Weekend warrior? Absolutely.
Still thinking about getting back in shape? We have a starting line for you too.
There is no minimum number of rounds you have to complete. Make two. Make six. Or somehow refuse to disappear until everyone else taps.
GRIT isn't about showing up already tough.
It's about showing up and finding out.
HOW GRIT NIGHT WORKS:
Every 15 minutes, the horn sounds.
Your job is wickedly simple:
RUN 1 MILE.
Return to the GRIT zone.
Then complete your BURPEE BROAD JUMPS.
Round 1 starts with just 5 meters.
Each round, the cone moves another 5 meters away.
ROUND 1: 5 meters
ROUND 2: 10 meters
ROUND 3: 15 meters
ROUND 4: 20 meters
And it keeps going.
One burpee. Jump forward. Another burpee. Jump forward. Keep moving until you reach the cone.
Then get back across the line before the next 15-minute horn.
Make it?
Congratulations. You earned another round.
Miss it?
Tap out, catch your breath, and join the crowd cheering everyone still in the fight.
That's the beauty of GRIT:
THE COURSE GETS LONGER.
THE CLOCK DOESN'T.
The field gets smaller.
The cheering section gets bigger.
Until one athlete remains.
LAST ONE STANDING WINS.
GRIT Night is capped at three hours. If multiple athletes survive the final scheduled round, we'll settle it with a final showdown.
Simple enough for anyone to understand.
Hard enough that nobody knows exactly how far they'll make it.
COME FOR THE PARTY. LEAVE WITH A STORY.
GRIT Night is built to be as much fun to watch as it is to attempt.
Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring a chair. Pick up your Hourglass packet, meet people, cheer for strangers, and watch competitors slowly discover why the broad-jump cone keeps moving farther away.
The crowd counts down the clock, celebrates last-second saves, and welcomes every eliminated athlete into the cheering section.
The biggest moment may not belong to the fastest athlete. It may belong to the person who reaches the line with seconds left, hears the crowd erupt, and realizes they just earned another round.
Enter GRIT Night by itself. Race the Hourglass on Saturday. Or take the DOUBLE TAP and do both.
You do not have to be the fastest.
You do not have to be the strongest.
You do not need to know how many rounds you can survive.
You only have to step onto the line.
SHOW UP.
STAY IN THE FIGHT.
GIVE GENEROUS ENCOURAGEMENT.
LAST ONE STANDING.
Try not to accidentally register after watching a few rounds.
Actually, go ahead.
Come for the party. Leave with a story.
MAKE IT A DOUBLE-TAP
