Distances

If you've run a trail race before, you know that there's pretty much always an "ish" attached to the distance and that the "ish" will almost never be shorter than the stated distance. The Section 4 September Sufferfest is no different. Our distances will be 12k, 24k, 36k, and 50k. Time cut offs are 3 hrs for 12k/ 6 hrs for 24k/ 9 hrs for 36k/ 11 hrs for the 50k.

There will be an aid station at the start/finish area, second aid station will be at the ~2.5 mile mark and you then at the " 4 way " which is at the 5 mile and 6.5 mile mark. This is a cupless race. All runners will need to bring their own bottles, hydration vest with bladder or collapsible cup to the event. We will have several aid stations stocked with water and electrolytes that our awesome volunteers will distribute to you
