Race Refund Protection
PROTECT YOUR RACE ENTRY . BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS.
You trained. You signed up. You had a plan.
Then life does what life does.
Injuries happen. Work gets stupid. Family stuff comes up. Sometimes race day just isn’t going to happen.
Refund Guarantee from SPOT gives you an option to protect your entry if something keeps you from making it to the start line.
Add Refund Guarantee during checkout for a small fee. If something covered happens and you can’t race, you’ll file your claim directly with SPOT. They handle the refund, we keep your registration, and nobody has to send the race director 6 paragraph email explaining what happened.
THE IMPORTANT PART:
Refund Guarantee covers situations that prevent you personally from participating. It does not cover the race being cancelled or postponed. As stated in our waiver, race entries are non-refundable if the event itself is cancelled.
