Registration
$65–$85. All participants will receive a meal from our local food truck, Cubish, free event photos, and an event shirt. A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to the maintenance of our local trails and to the Socorro High School Cross Country team.
Awards
The overall winners of each category receive a custom trophy and an REI gift card. Winners of the 18M race will receive a $50 REI gift card, and winners of the 10K will receive a $50 custom trophy.
Check-in- & Start-times
50 to 10 minutes before each race start. 18m starts at 8:00 am and 10K starts at 8:30 AM
Location:Race start and parking lot will be at the Socorro Rodeo Grounds
Cutoff Times
10K : Mile 1.7 9:45 am | Mile 4.5 10:45 am
30K: Mile 1.7 8:45 am | Mile 6.2 10:15 am | Mile 11.5 12:15 am | Mile 16.3 1:30 pm
Aid Stations
10K runners will have available a water/electrolyte station at miles 1.7 & 4.5.
18 milers will have available a water/electrolyte station at miles 1.7 & 16.3
Additionally, all runners will have access to a full aid station typical of trail races at miles 6.2 & 11.5.
Partial Refund Policy Due to Extreme Weather or Public Land Closures
Please be advised that only a partial refund will be given for race cancellations or delays resulting from extreme weather conditions or public land closures occurring within the last week leading up to the event. These circumstances are beyond our control, and your registration fees go directly toward pre-event expenses, which are non-recoverable.
