Event Description
As with all of the beautiful Muleskinner races to date, the 2025 MuleSkinner course will be a slight modification from the previous years. This is due to the never ending repairs taking place at certain places along the towpath. Regardless, the amazing views and super easy non technical nature of the tow path remains. That said, we are tentatively planning on running the race on the Pa side of the river this year. The alternative course will be a hybrid of NJ and Pa towpaths like previous years races.
Great first easy trail marathon or ultra marathon with generous cutoffs, well stocked aid stations and amazing views during the entire run. The Half Marathon distance will be back for 2025 as well!!

Giving Back
Supporting local nonprofits who work to preserve the special landscapes that we hold our races in is a key element in all Spirit Trips races. These non-profits' ongoing efforts to preserve and protect the scenic beauty and historic character of the canals and tow paths is commendable and deserving of our support. A portion of all race registration fees will be donated to these organizations and we encourage all participants to do what they’re able to beyond our donations. These organizations are truly worth it.
