**** We have had several inquiries, so we have decided to allow 30 hours to earn a 100 mile buckle. The "Race" will remain a 24 hour event, however, those chasing after the 100 mile mark and our BA buckle will now have 30 hours to earn it!
Thanks to Ross County Parks District for this beautiful park!
I wanted to touch base with those of you whom have already registered regarding parking and tent/ crew setup.
Parking:
Those of you familar with the park know we are extremely limited for parking and have exhausted efforts to find an off site parking area. Thankfully , Walnut Creek Campground
2342 Walnut Creek Rd
Chillicothe, OH 45601
United Stateshas agreed to allow us to use their property and shuttle people to the race site (1.5 miles).
There will be a $10 per vehicle charge for parking. Please bring cash and exact change to prevent backups. Car pooling is highly recommended to decrease cost. Each paid parked vehicle will receive a $5 credit toward future RunFluent Events or Race day swag.
Tent/ Crew Setup:
With Parking being offsite we have plenty of space for tents/ crew areas. Each registered runner is allotted a 10x10 space (relay teams share 1 space).
What we need from you….. Pease reach out to me directly
Runfluentcoach@gmail.com
and let me know :
1) can you set up your tent area Friday afternoon/ evening? If yes, what time works best for you?
2) are you sharing a space with other runners? If yes, who?
important*****
we will assign setup times with priority going to those who sign up first.
if you CANNOT set up your tent on Friday, that is OK, however, we ask that you bring your gear to the race site “drop off area” promptly drop off and proceed to the parking area. Once you return on the shuttle you can set up your equipment.
this will keep the congestion to a minimum on race morning.
we anticipated this being a process, that’s why the race start time is 10am.
if we all work together this will be a “fluent” process.
*****Refund policy: RunFluent LLC does not issue refunds on race registrations due to the fact that funds are utilized as they are received to prepare for our upcoming events. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend, we will offer deferrals to any future RunFluent LLC event for the amount equal to your registration fee. Note* Deferrals must be made 4 weeks from the event date. No changes to registrations will be accepted after May 7 2025.
