Description

Welcome to the 18th annual Sproul 10K, also known as the "Toughest 10K in PA". It's 3 miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and 3.5 miles screaming downhill to the finish. The Sproul 10K is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series--Slate Division and the newly added 5K is part of the Sandstone Division. Registration closes June 1st at 11pm.

Registration opened July 21st at 8pm and closes June 1st at 11pm. There are NO REFUNDS, NO DEFERRALS, NO BIB SWITCHES, or BANDITS for this event. And NO DOGS ALLOWED on the course!!! All registered runners will receive a tech shirt and post race meal. There are no race day sign ups for this event.
