Early Bird Pricing

Registration will open on Christmas right after midnight! You can't get any more last minute for shopping for the loved runner in your life. Price will be $75 per race until May 1st this year, which will then be $100 per race. No race day price increase but we ask for Cash or Check.
2017 Returning Runners will see a $10 discount in their cart per race that they ran last year.

6/9 Tippecanoe Environmental Park, Port Charlotte FL 2.8 mile loop *Checking out Carlton Preserve/Sarasota for possible location change
7/21 Oscar Scherer State Park, Osprey FL 3.25 mile loop
8/18 Ann Dever Regional Park, Englewood FL 3.05 mile loop
9/15 Caloosahatchee Regional Park NW, Alva FL 4.6 mile loop w/ 1.7 mile bailout *Checking out Holloway Park/Lakeland for possible location change
10/13 Championship Race Oscar Scherer, Osprey FL 3.45 mile loop w/ 1.6 mile bailout

Series Details

8 Hours of Hell is the first series of this kind in Southwest Florida. Runners will run from 10am to 6pm at 5 different parks in Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties, once a month. Then the top runners will be invited to run in the Championship Race at a 6th location. Trails will be in the range of 3-5 miles with a fully stocked Aid Station as well as water and Tailwind on the course too. Some courses allow a bailout partial lap.
Entry Fees: $100 per race. Register for any or all. No race day price increase but we ask for Cash or Check.
Race packets to include a different goodie each race. Previous goodies have included shirts, bandanas, pint glasses, socks, sweatbands, bracelets and car magnets.
All runners to receive custom finishers award for each race.

Championship Race Details

*Registration will open to everyone for the Championship later in the Series.
The top runners will be invited (details below) to run in the Championship Race at Oscar Scherer in Osprey, Florida on October 13, 2018. Full series runners will be given priority and then top finishers from each individual event. Any leftover spots will be open for registration to the public. Any registration after Friday September 28th may not guarantee shirt size.
How to qualify for the Championship for FREE!
1. Run all 5 races.
2. Win one of the races (Top Male/Female).
3. Run 50K+ in the Far East at the May race (19% success rate)
