Presented by Salomon
Our 6 Km option is a speedy, winding trail race with minimal climbing while our 15 Km allows runners to do the Escondido loop without having to head back out for the other Short Loop.
Also new and improved, we are having all runners finish their loops by continuing on the Pemberton Trail to Shallmo instead of coming back on the Scenic> Cinch> Escondido loop. We believe this will improve flow of the event dramatically. And it gets our Ultra distance almost right on for a 50 Km.
2019 Full Moon Waves!
We rolled these races out in 2018 and we're excited to be offering them again this season! The Full Moon Waves at Adrenaline will allow runners to head out under a peak full moon on either the long (10 mile) loop, or the short (10Km) loop. It's a unique opportunity to run in the middle of the night without a headlamp on!
Come experience the beauty of desert trail running at night! Adrenaline Night Runs is the 2nd race in the Insomniac Night Trail Run Series. You can complete one race in the series or do all eight! All Adrenaline Night Run courses are staged out of McDowell Mountain Regional Park in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Battle the Escondido, Scenic, Cinch, and Shallmo trails all night to complete 6 KM, 10 KM, 15 KM, 25 KM, or 50 KM of single track. Spectacular views of the nocturnal Sonoran desert under the electrified with the glow of headlamps.
Anything else you may need to know is located on our Adrenaline Night Runs website! Information on the website includes: course maps, race day schedule, pacer & crew information, race perks, and more.

If you would like to join our volunteer team, we are looking for help with event setup, aid station captains, aid station helpers, timing, and event breakdown. Volunteer perks include a piece of Aravaipa merchandise or racy goodie and Aravaipa Race Credits. You can see our current opportunities and signup here: Adrenaline Night Runs Volunteer Form
