Description
The signature events of the Rocky Road Runs, the 50-mile and 100-mile runs consist of spectacular canyon, mountain and urban views, run on beautiful horse trails in scenic Coto de Caza, CA. This course is designed with the first time 50 or 100-miler in mind. With an even more runner-friendly course and more modest climb of less than 10,000 feet in elevation, it is designed to get you to the finish line. Aid stations are available every 2.5 miles for runners to rest, recover, and replenish on their way to a 50-mile medal or 100-mile belt buckle finish. Finally, two hours have been added for an even more generous 34-hour cutoff for the 100-mile race, to ensure that runners will have every opportunity to complete their epic journey.
