Entry
Midwest Endurance brings you Miola Madness, a no frills, just fun timed running event! Join us on this 6ish mile crushed limestone loop around beautiful Miola Lake. Come see how far you can run in 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours or 12 hours. What a great way to challenge yourself, use this as a supported long run for upcoming fall race, or just an excuse to run with friends. The course will have one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and a secondary fluid-only aid station. Hammer Nutrition will be providing electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel.
NEW 10K!!! We have added a 10K for those of your that want to get in some miles but don't want to commit to 3 hours. Since this is an inaugural distance, the records for both male and female will be up for grabs. Anyone setting or breaking one of our event records will receive our infamous RECORD SETTER sign for you to keep!
Start/ Finish
All races will start and finish at the boat ramp trail head. This will also serve as the main Race Hub. The cowbells will be ringing and people cheering on runners! The Race Hub is a great place for crews to hang out. There are restrooms located in this area as well as a dog park and a short drive to the beach.
Start Times
12 hour, 9 hour, 6 hour and 3 hour will all start at 7am. However, if the 9 hour, 6 hour, or 3 hour would like to start later in the day, you are welcome to get in your distance anytime in the 12 hour window as long as you finish by 7pm. NEW 10K - if you are attempting to set the record for the new 10K distance you will HAVE to start at 7am with the 12-hour runners. If you are not trying to set the record, then you are welcome to start anytime during the day as long as you finish by 7pm.
