Trails 4 Tails

Codorus State Park

Hanover, PA • 40 Mile Ultra, 40 Mile Relay

This Event Took Place Sat. Sep 30, 2023

Overview

Take on Trails 4 Tails — a 40-mile ultra, 40-mile team relay, 25K+, or 10K trail race showcasing a mix of terrain, including about a mile of pavement, open fields, and winding singletrack. When conditions allow, the course also includes a scenic stretch along the lake shoreline. Runners will pass through the Chestnut Orchard, the site of Rummel Farm, and the historic Mary Ann Furnace area, blending natural beauty with local history.

Each year brings a new challenge: odd years run clockwise, even years run counterclockwise, offering a fresh experience every time. Whether you're tackling the full ultra, sharing miles with a team, or testing yourself on the 25K/10K, Trails 4 Tails delivers an unforgettable trail adventure for a great cause.

All proceeds support Animal Rescue Inc. of New Freedom, PA.

We love dogs! Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to run with you. Please clean up after your dog and practice Leave No Trace as a runner.

The race is chip timed.
