Rules and Race Info
This is a self-supported Ultra running event that is available to all! The adult Ultra race includes a 6-mile loop that is run every 90 minutes. Runners must make it back to the start/finish line within the 90 minutes in order to stay in the race. Anyone who doesn't make it back in time, will be eliminated. There will be 16 regular loops, all starting 90 minutes after the last. The 17th and final lap will be an all-out race to determine the winners.
There is also a kids division that includes a 5.3-mile loop, in which kids may use any non-motorized means of transportation (ie. bikes, scooter, roller blades, Heely's unicycles, etc.). The kids loop is the same as the adult loop, excluding the first .7-mile out-and-back.
Packet Pickup Information: Packet Pickup will be held from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Crosby Family Confluence park, located at 2099 S Convention Center Dr, St. George, UT 84790.

Camping/Staging Area Information: The entirety of Crosby Family Confluence park will be available to runners to set up their personal campsites starting at 1:00PM on race day. Campsites may not be reserved. An assortment of food and drink will be located under the pavilion at the park, but it is recommended you bring your own food and drink.
Aid Station Information: There will be one aid station located approximately halfway through the loop at St. James Park located at 741 St. James Ln, St. George, UT 84790. It will have water, gatorade, and Gu's for runners to take as needed. Keep in mind that the aid station will be unattended by race staff.
Important Race Rules:
- Starting early is not allowed under any circumstances.
- If you can't complete the loop in the allotted 90 minutes, you will be eliminated and must remove your bib. You are free to stick around until the end of the race or go home.
- Notify staff if/when you drop out of the race. You can drop out even if you do make the cutoff time.
- Spectators are not allowed in the start/finish corral
- You may deviate from the course, just make sure you have enough time to get back!
- Be respectful. The course is not closed to the public during the time of the race, so just be aware and be courteous. Stay on the right side of the trail at all times.
- Look after your kids and make sure they are following rules and staying safe.
Awards and Medals: All runners who complete the first loop on time will receive a finishers medal. A button will be awarded to each runner after every lap. All runners who complete all 17 loops will receive a belt buckle for their 102-mile achievement. The overall male and female winners will take home the champion's belt and a basket of goodies!
