INTRO
7th Annual 963 Beulah Challenge Night Trail Race will be hosted in Greensfelder County Park on February 3, 2024, in Western St. Louis County, Missouri. This race is presented by Terrain Trail Runners

LOCATION
Race will be hosted at the Beulah Shelter that is located off the Scenic Road Loop at Greensfelder County Park.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The 963 Beulah Challenge is a timed event on the Beulah Loop/Trail at Greensfelder Park.
The course loop is 4.2 Miles - Elevation Gain Per Loop is approx. 397 feet and Elevation Loss Per Loop is approx. 397 feet.
The course/trail is 100% single track goodness, all dirt and to keep you present there are enough rocks and roots.
Bring a solid headlamp for this run!
Distance: 9 Hours, 6 Hours and 3 Hours - Pick your poison!

Check In and Packet Pickup: 8PM-8:45PM
ALL EVENTS END AT MIDNIGHT ON Feb 4, 2024
All Runners MUST start their last loop before or by 11PM on Saturday, February 3, 2024
AID STATIONS
Race HQ will be at the Beulah Shelter which will also, be the start/finish and that's where the aid stations will be setup as well. There will only be one aid stations and you will hit that every 4.2 miles when you come off the loop. Dropbags and any other gear etc. can be left at the shelter at the time of check in.
SWAG & AWARDS
We are going to keep this as Ol School as possible - No medals and or awards BUT if you can knock out the below distance in the allotted time we'll send ya home with a souvenir.

We'll have a snack and coffee for some sugar and caffeine high to get you home past midnight!

THIS IS A CUP-FREE EVENT
There won't be any paper cups at aid stations, and there won't be any paper or plastic cups at our finish-lines. We won't be making any exceptions to this rule, so if you don't bring your own drinking receptacle come race-weekend, you'll want to pre-purchase a collapsible cup and if you don't already have a reusable soft flask to carry with you on the course (for soda & electrolyte drink, etc.), we will have the collapsible cups for purchase when you check in for the race and/or at packet pickup for $5 (quantities limited at check-in). Please help us keep our races eco-friendly, minimize the trash in the landfills and our trails clean. Together we can make a difference!!!
SWITCHING RACES
You may switch between the three events (9 Hours, 6 Hours, 3 Hours) plus the difference in entry fee at the time of the switch. If you are already signed up for one race and want to switch to the other, you may do so by simply logging on to your Ultra Signup account and switching distances before January 26, 2024 - No need to contact us!
If you have already paid more than the current price of the event you are switching to, you will not receive a refund. However, you will owe no additional costs. If you have paid less than the current entry fee of the event you are switching to, you will owe the difference in what you have paid.

PLEASE NOTE: All our races are CUP-FREE and please bring your own MESS KIT with a plate and spork for post-race grub.
*We will not have any paper or plastic cups, plates and/or utensils at our events to help us reduce the waste from our races as part of our Zero Waste pledge.
