WHAT
The Endurance Society's annual Snowshoe Festival
Kids Race will be 1 mile loop or out and back
The 4.7 mile will be a single loop with about 750' of gain
The 15k will be a single loop with approximately 2300’ of gain.
The 30K Will be a single loop exploring new trails by extending 15K course and will be approximately 3200’ of gain.
The 60K will be a double loop of the 30K and will be approximately 6400’ of gain.

DETAILS
Bib Pickup will be available 2 hours before the start of the race.
15K, 4.7 mile and Kids race Distances start at 8:00 AM SATURDAY, February 28th, 2026.
All participants will receive a finisher award. The top male and female racers of each distance will also receive awards. Custom Endurance Society Medals and Swag will be given to all finishers Finishers.
SNOW SHOE RENTALS: Snow Shoe Rentals will be available on a first come first serve basis, We typically have a limited number of pairs from Dion. rentals will be an addon question as part of the registration checkout. We will remove the question when rentals are sold out. Moreau lake also has MSR rentals available. These are available directly at the main park office, and would be first come first serve. We do not track their availability.
MANDATORY GEAR: Snowshoes, (it is a snowshoe race).
Restrooms will be Port-a-John in the parking lot
Hot Food and Aid will be at the Finish line.
COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
All distances will have the same start and finish, on the beach in front of the nature center.
1 mile Kids Race - For those who want to race with your kids and still participate in the other distances we have that covered. The kids race will start on the same course as the other distances and be a .5 mile out and back.
The 4.7 mile will start on the same course as the other distances and run the first .9 miles before it splits and will rejoin the other distances for the last 1.5 miles.
15K - The 15k course will start and finish the same as the all the other distances.
