CHALLENGE YOURSELF
Summer. Hot, humid. Can you push yourself to run 12 hours (or 6 hours)? In the spirit of our original timed races (Carkeek and Cottontail), we want to see how you challenge yourself in the peak of summer.
GO GO GADGET EPIC LOOPS
Our original Carkeek and Cottontail races take place on a 1.93-mile loop with 436' gain per loop, making for a rather tough challenge. Can you top it? The runner with the virtual run most closely mirroring the original Carkeek loop will win a special prize.
OUT & BACK
How perfectly can you measure your effort? We'll have a special prize for the person with the best out-and-back splits. Can you go the exact same distance in each half?
AN AFFORDABLE FUNDRAISER FOR NORTHWEST TRAILS
We pride ourselves on keeping these races affordable. And nearly all of your registration goes back to trail work and advocacy! All of these fun virtual challenges are but a budget-friendly $35, with zero price increases.
This race, like other Endless Trails events is a FUNdraiser, so any and all funds that don't go to race-related costs (including awesome aid and prizes) will go to our 501(c)3 nonprofit to support trail work, trail education, and trail advocacy throughout the Northwest region. You'll also have the option to make an additional tax-deductible donation to Endless Trails as you're registering. Every little bit helps, and all of it goes back to good and much-needed work on local and beloved Northwest trails. Thanks for your support! #RunningForTrails

New in 2026? Run club competition!
We're adding one new tweak to all of our races this year: A series-wide run club competition. Let us know of any run clubs you're part of during registration, and the miles you run will count toward the total earned by that run club over the course of the year. In addition to the obvious bragging rights, we'll have a trophy at year's end for the run club with the highest tally!
