FAQ
Can we have pacers for the 50 miler?
Yes. Only one pacer allowed. Pacers can join 50 mile runners at Bonneville Aid Station. Runners will pass this aid station twice at ~mile 32 and again at ~mile 40. Pacers may join at either the first or second passing. However, only one pacer is allowed per runner.
What are the options for non-pacing crew and spectators?
Your friends/crew can come see you at any of the aid stations if you’d like. We just ask that they show courtesy and respect to the areas they’re in. They’ll be driving through neighborhoods and near the University of Utah campus and the University Hospital. We do not guarantee parking availability at the aid stations. There is a chance interested parties will have to walk a good ways on paved sidewalks or roads.
Where exactly is the race going to be?
The 50 Miler, 50K, + 10K race will start and finish at the BoSho trailhead by the Hogle Zoo. The 1/2 marathon starts at Ensign Peak.
What is your refund policy?
50% refund on or before March 1 and no refunds or deferrals thereafter. Please don't ask for a special exception.
We are offering 100% deferrals due to pregnancy.
Last year we could be flexible with defferals. This year, we have to stick to our policy.
I'm running the half marathon, will there be a shuttle to the start line in 2026?
As of now, no. Please make plans to arrive at the starting line on your own.
