It's Turkey Time!
Time to take your Turkey Trot virtual and to the trails to raise money for the Thurston County Food Bank! Choose your distance(s) and complete your "Less Turkey, More Trot" on one of our courses leaving from Margaret McKenny in Capitol Forest sometime between Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 30.
Race Description
Choose your distance (12 km, 24 km, 35 km, or all 3). Complete your chosen distance between November 22 and November 30. All routes start and end from the McKenny Trailhead at Margaret McKenny Campground. No proof of run is required, however, we do encourage you to send in a photo of your run and photos for a chance to win a prize! You'll need to record your "total elapsed time" on UltraSignUp when you complete your run.
Awards will be given to:
• The best race photos (Be creative)
• Youngest runners
• Random raffles
• And more!
Registration
Registration cost is $20. Proceeds will be donated to the Thurston County Food Bank. Each year we've raised $4,000-$5,000 for the food bank! You all are awesome!
Special Raffle
We're raffling off amazing goodies and all of the money will go to the food bank! Purchase $10 raffle tickets at check out or donate directly to the food bank and let us know (saves you on the Ultrasign tax).

Course
There are three distances: 12 km (7.4 miles), 24 km (15 miles), 35 km (22 miles) and all start from the McKenny Trailhead in Capitol Forest. ** We mark the course, however, we recommend if you are unfamiliar with the area to take the map with you. **
