Our timed format makes it simple

You run as far as you can within your chosen time.

• 3 Hours – Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a scenic run through the redwoods.
• 6 Hours – A great mid-range challenge to push your endurance and consistency.
• 12 Hours – The ultimate test of stamina and mindset. How far can you go?

Each division runs on a 2-mile looped course through the park’s redwood grove, shaded paths, and flat terrain, where out of the 2-mile loop 0.5 miles is on pavement.
