PHASE ONE TRAINING GROUNDS

Phase One trains out of a few areas in Spokane to include the Reardan Cross Country track, Riverside State Park, and Mt Spokane State Park, all providing beautiful and challenging opportunities to forge holistic strength.

INSPIRATION

THE LONGEST LIGHT//101 is more than a race. It is an Endurance Challenge within the Phase One Mission - an invitation to train for adversity, define resilience, and find hope, leaving no one behind.

EVENTS

101 MILER
Run 65 Laps to complete a total of 101.4 Miles.
Each Lap is 1.56 Miles
Minimum 2 Laps Per Hour to meet the cutoff
32 Hour Cutoff
Earn the Phase One Buckle when you complete 101 Miles.

10K RUN/RUCK
Run/Ruck 4 laps to complete 6.24 miles
Each lap is 1.56 Miles
No cutoff
Earn the Phase One Patch when you complete 6.24 miles
*RUCK - Not to exceed 45 pounds

KIDDO - SPRINT THE HILL
Kiddo's will run to "the hill" and back
Start time - 9 AM
Total of about .6 miles
The hill is about .3 miles from the start, and visible from the Main Aid Station.
Parents are encouraged to join kiddo's on their sprint (even Parents running the 101 Miler!)
Kiddo's earn the Phase One buckle after completing the challenge!
