Aid/Crew Support

All runners MUST provide their own crew (minimum 1 person) and vehicle, along with all food, and a minimum of 12 gallons of water and 30lbs of ice. 50 milers must have crew as well. If more than one crew member is assisting, an extra 5-gallon water cooler and large ice chest is highly encouraged. We will provide three STATIONARY ice & water replenishing points along the course and a roving replenishment vehicle that will re-supply ice & water only to all of the crew vehicles/competitors throughout the event.
