Volunteers
Basically, we need help for the aid stations, course monitors, shuttle drivers from your car, and photographers. Email ericow.chen@gmail.com.
Logistics
We encourage runners to park their car at the Don Edwards finish. It's safer and convenient than parking at the crowded Mission Peak trailhead. I'll do my best to find volunteers to shuttle runners. This depends on the availability of volunteers. In 2024, we were able to shuttle runners. Besides, there are a few other ways,
1. Runners arrange themselves with the help from family or friends.
2. Runners at the similar pace leave cars at the start and and the finish to carpool.
3. Uber is your friend. Just saying.
4. Use your creativity.
5. If you are crazy enough by thinking a 100K loop, I'm all ears.
Donations
Like in Hunter S Thompson Fear and Loathing 50 Kilos / 50 Miles, we support Noรฉ Castaรฑรณn "Shoes For Runners". We help collect your spared running gears regardless of their condition. It includes shoes, clothes, medals, electronic devices, anything you think is useful for running. All the donations will be sent to remote Mexican villages and now around the world. We'll collect them when you arrive at the finish.
If you wish to support the fat ass running cause, you can Paypal ericow.chen@gmail.com.
