AID STATION INFO: It’s important that you know that we do our very best to follow the California Health
Code. It has always been state law that event producers (and others) cannot and will not prepare food
at home. Since we took over PCTR in November of 2016, we learned all about food handling for our
events. You will never see a bowl of food for the general public of runners to all stick their contaminated
fingers in the bowl as you have seen for years. This is for everyone’s health and safety. We will only have
potatoes at our events of 50 Miles and events over 12 Hours. You will find almost all items in
prepackaged snack packs like your kid’s lunch. The only food prepared at the event will be Peanut Butter
and Jelly. Oh, and our amazing post-race BBQ.
Aid Station Menu:
- GU Brew in assorted flavors is the electrolyte beverage of choice
- H20, Coke & Ginger Ale
- GU Gels of assorted flavor (limited supply )
- GU Chew of assorted flavors (limited supply)

Here, the Ohlone Indians hunted and harvested. Cattle baron, Henry Miller spent his summers here and later, the land was used the land for rare animals such as the White Fallow (See Photo) that his good friend, William Randolph Hearst gave him. All participants that register by Sept 12th, 2017 will be guaranteed their requested shirt size and material. Those registering after September 12th, 2017 will not be guaranteed shirt size, but will have an excellent chance to receive one because of no-show and over ordering. Choose "No Shirt" at checkout and purchase at event if you don't want to risk it. We will order extra shirts based upon previous race data and relative entries. All race day registrants may not receive a shirt However, if you stay around until the end and we have extra then you may receive a shirt.

Shirt Material Choice
We have found not everyone will be happy with shirt style, material, sizing, or even the art. For our events, we can only solve the the issue with those requesting the type of material in shirts. During registration you will be asked what type of shirt you would like and then you size. To help you with your decision making process, we can tell you the "Tech-Material" (not cotton) shirts are made by Sport-Tek and generally run true to size. If you select "Cotton Blend", we can tell you they are a high quality shirt made by "Next Level" and tend to be more fitted than loose like other all cotton shirts.

All finishers will receive a finishers medal made of recycled wood handmade by a trail runner in California.
